PPS filter cloth

Pps fiber, needle-punched cloth, glass fiber needle-punched felt, pps high-temperature, acid-and alkali-resistant needle-punched filter felt is made of polyphenylene sulfide (pps) fiber produced by the United States, Japan and other countries, and manufactured and processed according to the production process of other high-temperature-resistant filter felts. It is the main variety of high-temperature-resistant filter materials. One of them. Pps needle-punching filter material has excellent performance in the following applications. 
 1. The working temperature is 190℃, the short-term working temperature is 232℃, the melting point is 285℃, and the limit oxygen index is 34-35. 
 2. It can be applied when the oxygen content is 15% or less. 
 3. The sulfur-containing oxide in the fuel or the sulfur-containing oxide in the flue gas has been proven to be a fiber with strong resistance to acid and alkali corrosion and chemical resistance. 
 4. Occasions containing moisture in the flue gas. 
 5. Under industrial and mining conditions with a temperature of 190-232℃, the gas-cloth ratio is as high as 5:1 for online ash clearing and the gas-cloth ratio of 6:1 for offline ash clearing, the pps filter bag has an excellent performance record. 
 Pps fiber has complete strength retention and inherent chemical resistance, which can maintain good filtration performance in harsh environments and achieve ideal service life. In pulsed ash dust collectors such as filter coal boilers, garbage incinerators, and dust collection treatment of fly ash in power plants, pps filter felt is an ideal filter material.
